Completely Assembled Roll Cage Can Am Maverick

This is a fully welded, bolt-on, roll cage for the Can-Am Maverick R 2-seater. This roll cage is TIG and MIG welded using high quality DOM steel throughout. The chassis clamps are all TIG welded, and the rest of the cage is MIG welded. Main tubes are 1.75″ diameter .120″ wall thickness, internal tubes are 1.75″ diameter .095″ wall thickness, rear intrusion bars are 1.5″ diameter .095″ wall thickness, and front intrusion bars are 1.25″ diameter .095″ wall thickness. Our roll cage uses all stock mounting locations, and we tie the C-Pillar into the chassis. Racing inspired design provides exceptional safety for driver and co-rider utilizing the strength of triangles. This is truly the best roll cage on the market. All tubes are mandrel bent and laser cut for exact fit. Powder Coating is available at an additional cost.
